Photograph caption dated April 18, 1962 reads, "Yukiko Ban, 24-year-old Japanese beauty now on a tour of the United States, was guest of honor, along with S. Watanabe, a Tokyo government representative, at reception by Headquarters City Development Assn. in Pasadena Tuesday. Robert Fuller, president of the association that is dedicated to bringing companies to Southern California, was one of the hosts."
