Description
Kashnor notes, "Portlock's map of his discoveries upon the Alaskan coast. It is very scarce." A sea chart done in Mercator projection which distorts the scales at this latitude. Ships track. Mt. Elias sketch.. Prime meridian: GM. Relief: no. Graphic Scale: No. Projection: Mercator. Printing Process: Copper engraving.
