Reports on trends in attitude towards returning to California. Topics in relation to these sentiments include discrimination, housing and lease agreement terms, and employment opportunities. Recounts the Ishi Koen Kai’s concern with the dwindling numbers of medical doctors and dentists at the incarceration camp resulting from resettlement and actions taken to incentivize them to remain at Amache. Discusses power and authoritative conflicts among governing bodies resulting from the formation of a Man Power Commission.
