Photograph was edited for publication purposes The International Order of Job's Daughters and the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (IORG) are Masonic-sponsored youth organizations for girls and young women aged 10 to 20. Both groups teach leadership training through community service. Members learn about the value of charity and service through their work and involvement with annual service projects. D. guide, and Shirley Perez, 18, Rainbow Girls advisor." A Bethel is an individual chapter of the International Order of Job's Daughters.
