Description
Photograph of four large fan palm trees on San Pedro Street at the home of Sheriff Hammel, [s.d.]. The trees grow in the yard hidden behind a 6-foot high brick wall. An opening in the wall at right shows a small wooden house sitting in an overgrown yard. A two-story brick building is adjacent to the yard at right. Two men stand on the sidewalk in front of the wall. Both of the men are dressed in suits and wear hats. The man at left holds a book in the crook of his right arm. Parts of two or three other dwellings are visible through the foliate of trees in the background.
