Description: A fireman on a tall ladder aims water at fire on the rooftop of a building complex in Watts. Corner building has a Liquor store, A Chop Suey and Seafood restaurant and a Jewelry Store. Two other firemen on a shorter ladder can be seen on the left, by the "Liquor" sign. Officers with rifles stand guard by the alley.
