Best II, first baby born Mother's Day at St. Joseph Hospital, Burbank. At right is Mrs. C.L. Young, 24, whose daughter Rikki was born just three minutes later at 12:59 a.m. [See photograph 00085529] Both will be "free babies," with delivery and hospitalization costs borne by St. Joseph Hospital, spokesmen said. Bests and their daughter, Nancy Susan, 3 1/2, live at 18760 Lemay St., Reseda. Youngs and their son Tracy, 2, live in Simi."
