Description: Copy of a letter from R.L. McCourt, President of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, to Mr. Hugh Harlan, District Supervisor, Federal Writers' Project. Mr. McCourt is thanking Mr. Harlan for "the assistance that the Federal Writers Project have been to the Chamber of Commerce" and for their work during the Foreign Trade week. The letter was written on May 29, 1936. Photo dated: August 7, 1937.
