Description
Document discussing the creation of the Torrance Veterans Memorial along the Torrance Armed Forces Day Parade route. The memorial was completed on March 19, 2002. A document from: George Nakano Theatre scrapbook.
The George Nakano Family Papers includes booklets, ephemera, scrapbooks, and other material related to George Nakano, former Assemblymember and Torrance City Council member. Subjects include the Jerome and Tule Lake incarceration camps, the Nakano family, and George Nakano's political career.
