Description
Black and white photograph print of a partial interior view of The Bivouac just prior to its being razed in 1954. At a student ceremony, in attendance were, from left to right, Dorothy Jeakins, Los Angeles County Supervisor John Anson Ford, Tyrus Wong and film actress Lucy Marlow. Dorothy Jeakins and Tyrus Wong were Otis Art Institute students that took part in hiding box containing mementos and works in the house 22 years prior. Supervisor Ford is helping to exhume and open box.
