Foster (looking at a carton of watches that were found in trunk of auto that burglar suspect abandoned at Temple Street and Mountain View Avenue, where officers shot twice at suspect who escaped) George R. Acosta -- 24 years (was arrested on suspicion of burglary near Mountain View Avenue and Temple Street) Officer H.D. Peterson Officer J.L. Brown Detective W.A. Drake (checks finger prints on car abandoned at 408 North Burlington Avenue, and excaped on foot). Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Sandusky. Date: 1952-03-01. Reporter: Stewart.
