Located in Reseda, a living classroom of sheep, turkeys, chickens, rabbits and other small animals double as textbooks for fifth graders from all parts of the Valley, according to Gilbert 'Gib' Lee, director of the school. At the Blythe Street Science Center, Elkwood and Yolanda Sts. teachers may even check animals out like library books for classroom demonstrations and then return them."
