Photograph was edited for publication purposes In 1967, Temple Har Zion in Sepulveda merged with Temple Ramah, whose congregation met on the San Fernando Valley State College (later CSUN) campus. The new synagogue for Temple Ramat Zion, located at 17655 Devonshire Street, was dedicated on September 27, 1970. Photograph caption dated September 5, 1964 reads, "Rabbi Pincus L. Goodblatt of Temple Har Zion, 9145 Burnet Ave., Sepulveda, demonstrates the blowing of the Shofar (ram's horn) to Debbie Feinberg, 10, of Van Nuys, as they prepare for the High Holy Days, Sept. 6 through 16."
