Caption on front: Theron Fox -- Shown at the mike in October, 1932, is Theron Fox, making the first radio broadcast out of Spartan Stadium. San Jose State played Sacramento State. It was aired on KQW, now KCBS. Fox, a former Mercury sports editor, now is sales manager at the Rosicrucian Press.
