Several streetcars are moving up and down the street. Numerous automobiles and horse-drawn wagons are parked on both sides of the street. An American flag flies from one of the buildings. The Hibernean Block is visible. Legible signs include: "Scott Bros.", "Hooper Ave.", "Lankershim office building", "Hotchkis", "Barker Bros., furniture, carpets, draperies", "Anderson & Chandlor Company".
