Description: This 1989 photograph features an aerial view of the Central Library, the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria, and Park Tower in downtown Sacramento. The newly built structures were designed by the architectural firm Kaplan and McLaughlin Diaz and completed in approximately 1991. These buildings are located directly west of Cesar Chavez Plaza.
