Description: This circa 1959 postcard displays an aerial photograph of the Country Club Centre and Plaza, located on the southwest corner of Watt and El Camino avenues. The shopping center first opened in 1952 and was one of the largest shopping developments in California that incorporated chain stores, encompassing a whopping twenty acres.
