The map, which dates to 1850 or earlier, shows an aerial view of lands around the Willam Emmert Farm, including cemeteries, forests, and rivers. The William Emmert Farm, labeled "W. Emmert", sits at center, bordered by the "Glenwood Cemetery", the "Prospect Hill Cemetery", and properties belonging to "G. Moore", "J.A. Smith", and "W.W. Corcoran". Boundaries are shown by dashed lines. A river runs diagonally through the right side of the image, while another crosses the upper left corner. This map is from the Washington Archives.
