Photograph caption dated April 24, 1954 reads, "Part played by civic organizations in the growth of North Hollywood is discussed before San Fernando Valley Historical Society at tradition-rich Campo de Cahuenga. Taking part in discussion are, left to right, Mrs. Virginia Kuehl, second vice president of the society; Ed Scott, North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce secretary; Mrs. Grace Bluemn, Business and Professional Women's Club; C. L. Johns, Rotary, and Lincoln Hart, first president of the society."
