Photograph of a street scene in Guaymas, Mexico, ca.1905. At right is a two-story hotel building with a balconies at each door on the second story. About a dozen pedestrians are on the sidewalk in front of the building. There is also a barber pole and a shoe-shine stand in front of the building. A couple of horse-drawn carriages are in the dirt street. One-story buildings are visible further down and across the street. About a dozen more pedestrians are visible on the street or sidewalk further down the street. Legible signs include: "Antiguo Hotel Cosmopolita", "Hotel Almada".
