Photograph caption dated March 25, 1963 reads, "Scientific displays made by students of Porter and Robert Fulton junior high schools are being readied for annual science fairs this week. Pictured above are Porter students Leanna Holman, 14, who has devised cavern display; Randy Siemsen, 14, prehistoric animals in their natural habitat, and Barry Haber, 14, conservation display. They will be judged in six areas - creative ability, scientific thought, thoroughness, skill, clarity and dramatic value. Porter's Fair will be held Tuesday and Wednesday at the school, 15960 Kingsbury St., Granada Hills. Fulton will hold its annual science fair through Wednesday in Claremont Hall, 7477 Kester Ave., Van Nuys. A representative of the Panorama City Rotary International will present the Fulton Science Fair awards at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday."
