Description: In 1904 Covina members of the Valley Auto Club paraded in their wheezing "horseless carriages" before their startled neighbors. Tomorrow, October 14, 1934, old-timers will drive the old gas buggies again and join with townspeople in celebrating Covina's 50th anniversary. The celebration will last four days. The photo shows the early automobiles of the Valley Auto Club lined up to sally forth on a thrilling excursion through the Covina valley.
