Photog., please go to the California club, 538 South Flower street, where Mr. and Mrs. Harry Volk are entertaining a large group at dinner in the club's Fireside Room, at 6 p.m. tonite, Thurs., Nov. 14. Please ask for Mr. Volk and tell him we want a picture of him, Mrs. Volk and mr. & Mrs. Edward W. Carter. The Volks are hosts at the pre-concert dinner and Mr. Carter is president of the Southern California Symphony Association. This is to be a 4 col. feature picture. Then ask for Mr. and Mrs. Henry Duque and take an informal 2 col. of them. Mr. Duque is chairman of the board of the Southern California Symphony Association. (At Volk dinner). Also ask for Dr. and Mrs. Lewis Webster Jones and get a 2 col. of them (at Volk dinner, too). The Joneses are visiting here from New Brunswick, N.J. where Dr. Jones is president of famed Rutgers College. (Mr. Volk is a trustee at Rutgers & vice pres. of Southern California Symphony Association....
