The facade of the brick building, 200 West Third Street at Pacific Avenue, housing "Squad-1" has fallen and on the side windows are broken and there is more masonry damage. The street is blocked off and a crowd gathers in the back. Several men and women, a few in uniform, are within the barracade surveying damage.
