Description: A young boy wearing a backpack watches as LAPD officer Isaac Martinez lights up fresh flares at an accident scene where two people were burned to death when their car exploded into flames after being rear-ended. The street has been closed off to traffic. On the right top corner two tow trucks can be seen, one with a car on its bed; possibly one of the automobiles involved in this accident.
