Reports of the Division of Engineering and Irrigation prepared pursuant to acts of the Legislature. Chapter 476 of the Statutes of 1925 and Chapter 8009 of the Statutes of 1927. The map depicts land affected by the 1927 flood dividing San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties according to the flooded and non-flooded areas.
