Connie and Constance begin the interview discussing why Constance chose the date she did for beginning her book. They proceed to talk about Jews being expelled throughout Europe for centuries, and Napoleon welcoming them back to France before turning against them again, before moving on to discuss the development of Jew ghettoization. Connie and Constance move on to consider the Jews’ time in Turkey and their later oppression by Muslims, the advances of Jews in Holland, and the anti-Semitism of Martin Luther. Connie displays several pictures and paintings from the book, and Constance provides background information for several of them, before moving forward to reflect on Jewish-American notables, including Sigmund Freud, and the policies of the Dutch and English toward the Jews. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
