"Purchase of the Admiral Apartments, at 840 South Serrano Avenue, from George Kinsey was made during the week by Eight-Forty South Serrano, Inc., form of Denver men, connected with the recent purchase of the Langham Apartments. The transaction, which will witness a total investment of $250,000 with improvements, was handled by William H. Akin, the Joe P\Toplitzky Corporation and Thomas E. Farley." -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated 14 November 1936.
