Description
Arthur begins the interview talking about the factors that distinguish a child from a young adult. Arthur also talks about how “family systems” function to push or pull young adults in or out of the family and how parents can better manage those push/pull factors. One of his primary focuses throughout the interview is on the importance of establishing clear rules and communicating effectively. In addition, Arthur also discusses his personal life and the impact that experience has had on his work as a family therapist.
