Supplementary material reads: "Chernus -- Harbor. Two negatives for Monday. L - R shows: Lieutenant General Joseph M. Swing, Sixth Army commander, hands Brigagier General James T. Roberts colors of the 63rd Infantry Division. Formerly, the 13th Armored Division, the new reserve division becomes an infantry outfit with presentation of 'Blood and Fire'".
