Caption dated August 3, 1964 reads, "Among the members of the Encino Historical Society who will greet guests at open house from 3-7 p.m. Sunday at the Los Encinos State Historical Monument, 16756 Moorpark St., Encino, will be, from left, Mrs. Constance Bennett, Mrs. Gerald Stuard and Mrs. Paul Carr. It will mark 195th anniversary of the arrival of Gaspar de Portola. For reservations call ST-4-1614 or ST-4-0541."
