Description: Here is a window at the Garment Capitol building sixth floor "sucked in" 18 inches by the blast. Similar occurrences also took place on the fifth and seventh floors as the concussion created a great vacuum momentarily and the windows bent into it. Photo dated: October 18, 1930.
