The Optimists won the tribute for their contribution to the growth of youth in the East Valley and for support of the East Valley YMCA program. Winners of 'Oswald' trophies for individual service were, back to front, Gil Cefaratt, Harry Keas, Lucy Shavelson and Frank Guyer".
