Photograph of steel plate being transported on trucks in Los Angeles Harbor, September 17, 1930. Two large cranes can be seen at center, with a long tractor-trailer parked slightly to left. Several long, flat steel plates can be seen on the back of the truck. The side of a warehouse can be seen at right, and three workers can be seen around the cranes. The stern of a large cargo ship can be seen in the background at right, while more ships can be seen across the harbor at left.
