Description
Pictured in 1998, the house at 154-156 South Topanga Blvd. was originally developed by druggist Henry L. Wilson and his wife Louise Stinetorf, a successful novelist. Her novel, The White Witch Doctor, was made into a film starring Susan Hayward and Robert Mitchum. From the 1960s to the 1990s, it was home to the Dehr family. Composer and folk singer Richard Dehr earned gold records for "Memories Are Made of This", "Marianne" and "Greenfields". Since 1997, the property has been owned by Nancy Swenson Williams (photo donor) and her husband John.
