"I want to take you to one of the Kikuyu villages to show you something of the types of life you might see there. This is a typical Kikuyu village with it's circular huts thatched with grass the smaller huts are grain stores, while the sheep and goats of which they have large herds, constitute the wealth of the Kikuyu people." The set of slides is the gift to the Kikuyu Mission of the Young Peoples Meeting at the Burgh Hall, Hillhead, of which he was for many years a member."
