Description
Photograph of the view looking east at the Bass Trail landing on the north side of the Colorado River from Bass Ferry, Grand Canyon, 1900-1930. Two men stand on a rocky embankment of the shore. A small boat is moored in the water just below them at right. Steep, nearly vertical, canyon walls loom above the placid river. The canyon rim and tall rock formations formed by erosion are visible in the distance.
