Photograph caption dated January 30, 1963 reads "His skills saves (sic) Air Force money." The article partially reads "Meadows is a glass blower at the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory at Edwards Air Force Base. The 43-year-old Air Force Reserve major said his experience at the lab enables him to help chemists and engineers design the complicated glass equipment he must fabricate."
