Description
Three pages stapled together: 1) 8.5 x 11 handwritten sheet titled "Minimum Area" with two columns of numbers under "Assessed Valuations". "Street to be cut thru" is written on the 5th line; "Historic Landmark" is written on the 6th line. Totals are at the bottom. 2) 11.5" x 23.5" blueprint map of property lots and owners in area bounded by Cahill Street, Montgomery Street and Santa Clara Street, including Crandel Street and Stover Alley. 3) 23.5" x 19.75" blueprint map of properties and owners in area bounded by San Pedro Street, Santa Teresa Street and St. James Street, including San Augustine Street, Terraine Street and Notre Dame Avenue. Central area is outlined in orange an dyellow grease pencil, where yellow = Maximum Area and orange = Minimum area. "Historic Quarter" is written on back.
