Photograph article dated November 26, 1960 partially reads, "End - Chuck Markham: Birmingham - Stands 6 ft. 3 in. weight 197 pounds and was leading pass receiver of the league with 31 for 670 yards. He scored 72 points. He caught eight touchdown passes, kicked 18 conversions and booted two field goals. Made Helms All - League last year. A senior." Markham was selected for the 1960 Valley times Today All - West Valley League football team. Photograph cation dated October 8, 1960 reads, "Lupo (left) to Markham (right) top pass combo". Photograph article partially reads, "In the past few seasons there have been any number of fine passing - catching combinations on Valley prep teams.
