Description
The September 1930 issue of California Arts and Architecture featured the houses of Mrs. F. M. P. Taylor and Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Lippiatt, designed by architect Roland E. Coate. Home was built in ca. 1930. The landscape architect was A. E. Hanson. View 1: shows the upper terrace which forms the main entrance court.
