Photograph of a drawing of a suggested civic center plan for downtown Los Angeles, [s.d.]. The drawing depicts the civic center, showing the City Hall, Union Station and the proposed Civic Auditorium. Several other large buildings can be seen at left, while smaller structures are visible at right. The hill around the auditorium at center is heavily landscaped. A rectangular box appears near the bottom of the image at center and contains the title of the image and the name of the architect. The legend at the bottom of the image reads: "Suggested Civic Center Plan coordinating the Union Station, Convention Hall & Civic Auditorium Dwight Gibbs, Architect. Projected by Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Los Angeles City Planning Commission".
