Part 1: Leader of East San Jose Citizen's Committee Terry Patterson arrested on several charges, released on bail and interviewed after release; Santa Clara County Junior Chamber of Commerce organizes drive to send Thanksgiving boxes to soldiers in Vietnam, project chairman Michael Lewis talks about campaign; employees of San Jose Scavenger Company threaten to strike, one of the garbage men, Walter Sims, is interviewed. Part 2: Convocation on health resources and poverty at Stanford University -- participant David Springer discusses living conditions for migrant workers in Tulare County, and Los Angeles resident Doris Fuller talks about problems of Watts neighborhood residents. Part 3: Community meeting between Eastside San Jose residents, with Terry Patterson and City Human Relations Director Phil Grice (silent); football promoters Charles Buchanan and Robert Greathouse sign franchise agreement to establish team in the Bay Area to be based in San Jose, provided they can enlarge and use San Jose State's Spartan Stadium. Part 4: Footage of spectators and sailboats in action at Cowes Week in Britain, with commentary by unidentified British sailor and/or boat designer, who explains the usefulness of this week of sailing to see different classes of boats, and their underlying design.
