The massive palace complex was started around 1559, with construction lasting over 200 years. Udaipur was founded by Maharana Udai Singh II as the fourth capital of the Mewar kingdom and lies in a valley beside three lakes. ❧ Views of Rajputana by Lala Deen Diyal.
