Description
A letter from Eileen Chang to C.T. Hsia, ca. 1972. In this letter dated April 23, Eileen Chang says that she has been busy writing an article about Chinese communists. She has no time to read Hsia's recent publication on Chinese modern novels. But she has finished his book on Chinese classic novels and has a discussion with Hsia. At the end of the letter, she mentions Esquire asks her to cover the Democratic Convention, which she thinks is hilarious.
