Description
For the majority of the interview, Elizabeth discusses the importance of cooking in and to Chinese culture as well as her own experiences learning to cook. Elizabeth and Connie also discuss the impact of communism on Chinese cooking and culture. The interview ends with Connie and Elizabeth enjoying the lettuce wraps Elizabeth prepared during the interview.
