On mount: "Red Tomahawk. Sioux." ; "Compliments Bismark Bank. Bismark, N.D." ; "Days of the Year." Calendar for the year 1924 beneath flap. On verso: "He killed Sitting Bull Dec. 15, 1890 of Grand River, S.D. His profile is the "roadmark" on all State Highways in North Dakota."
