Letter to City Librarian Charles S. Greene from the Lease Department of McHenry & Kaiser dated September 29, 1914, regarding rental of a storeroom. McHenry & Kaiser was a real estate, loan, and insurance company located in the Central Bank Building at 1418 Broadway in Oakland, California. The letterhead includes the names Ralph L. Kaiser and R.S. McHenry, as well as the slogan "Yours for Bargains."
