Photograph of a birdseye view of Los Angeles from the top of the Chamber of Commerce building, January 1930. Two streets can be seen bisecting a city block along the left side of the photograph and the bottom portion. Many tall buildings can be seen from this birds' eye view. At center, a large parking lot can be seen. Numerous automobiles can be seen driving on the street at left, and also along the street that lines the bottom of the photograph. The Los Angeles Examiner buildign can be seen in the right foreground, featuring tall minarets that can be seen on the left and right portions of the front of the building, facing the street. Compares to CHS-35282 and CHS-35371. Legible signs include: "Daynes-Beebe Music Co. piano players, vicirolas, and records", "Hercules gasoline", "Q and H Service Station open day and night", "Pan gas, Pan American Petroleum", "The Oak Apartments", "Automobile clearing", and "Examiner".
