Description
167 Lovell Ave. Photo shows four women in Victorian garb having tea, sitting in rocking chairs around a small round table on a porch. Caption identifies woman on the left as Mrs. Charles Runyon (Charles was president of Goodyear Rubber) and on the right is Helen Runyon, who marries Amos Elliot. The summer house was a wedding gift to Mrs. Runyon from her mother, whose house is next door. The family moved to Mill Valley permanently after the 1906 fire in San Francisco.
